Special guest host Mike Cotty of The Col Collective will be your guide in this stunningly beautiful place so close to his heart. You'll stay in a luxurious 5 star hotel and spa in the town of Lourdes, a historically rich location ideally based close to epic mountains and offering plenty of activities for any non-cycling participants joining our tour. The daily rides will be as scenic as they are challenging, and on our longer days there will be an option for shorter rides. The Col Collective

The Col Collective is an online resource dedicated to providing cyclists with the inspiration, education and support needed to reach the summit of the greatest mountain passes in the world. Through the years, Mike has created captivating videos in some of the world’s most incredible cycling destinations. Here are a few of his videos that you may find interesting since they feature climbs included in our itinerary. You can visit Mike’s YouTube channel for more mountain inspiration!

Our Cycling Itinerary

On our Pyrenees Peaks Tour, you’ll ride legendary mountain roads that have shaped Tour de France history, climbing from quiet valleys to high passes with endless views. Each day balances challenge and reward: iconic ascents, flowing descents, convivial refreshments and group lunches, and evenings spent refuelling, recovering, and sharing stories from the road. This itinerary is designed for riders who want not just to conquer famous climbs, but to truly experience the rhythm and beauty of the Pyrenees. GPX files will be sent to all participants prior to the trip. 

Day 1 - 9/5/26

Welcome to the Pyrénées!

Bienvenue en France! As guests will be arriving throughout the day, the schedule will be flexible to best accommodate the group. Our staff will be on hand to help with bike rental set-up and/or bike building. We will do a short and scenic spin in the afternoon for early arrivals who aren't too tired from the journey. A convivial group dinner will get us properly fuelled up for the epic week ahead on 2 wheels!

Day 2 - 9/6/26

Col du Soulor & Col d’Aubisque 95 km / 2,300 m+

Col du Soulor & Col d’Aubisque

We'll kick off our journey with an unforgettable day tackling the iconic Col du Soulor and Col d’Aubisque. Pedal through quiet mountain roads and sweeping switchbacks before arriving at the dramatic Cirque du Litor, where sheer cliffs and alpine scenery surround you. This stage combines challenging climbs, breathtaking panoramas, and the exhilaration of riding roads steeped in Tour de France history.

Day 3 - 9/7/26

Col du Tourmalet from Sainte Marie de Campan 100 km / 2000 m+ Optional Add-on: Luz Ardiden > 125 km / 3,000 m+

Day 3 in Pyrenees cycling paradise will take us up the legendary Col du Tourmalet, as the road winds through forested valleys and open pastures. For those seeking a greater test, the optional climb to Luz Ardiden offers steep gradients and panoramic high-mountain vistas. The day's challenges will be rewarded with the pure joy of riding these iconic cols that are as scenic as they are challenging.

Day 4 - 9/8/26

Hautacam 60 km / 1300 m+

Day 4 brings us to a summit famous for decisive Grand Tour finishes - the fierce and exhilarating Hautacam. Short but steep, this ascent demands strength and focus through demanding ramps and flowing curves. As you gain altitude, the Pyrenees open up in expansive panoramas, making the summit’s sense of accomplishment all the more powerful. A concentrated burst of effort and reward, this "recovery" stage is a little shorter but still unforgettable.

Day 5 - 9/9/26

Hourquette d’Ancizan & Col d’Aspin from Campan 130 km / 2500 m+

The day will begin with the winding roads of the Hourquette d’Ancizan, followed by the classic ascent of Col d’Aspin. Gentle rolling gradients lead into flowing climbs and scenic descents, with stunning views across the valleys. This route offers a balanced mix of challenge and enjoyment, showcasing the Pyrenees’ charm while letting you find your pace through iconic mountain terrain.

Day 6 - 9/10/26

Route des Lacs & Lac de Cap de Long 60 km / 1800 m+ Optional Add-on: Col de Val Louron Azet 80 km / 2500 m+

After a short group transfer, we'll conquer the enchanting Route des Lacs, where alpine lakes glisten against the backdrop of towering peaks. A scenic but tough climb will take us to the Lac de Cap de Long, a picturesque high-altitude lake framed by jagged summits. Anyone still up for more vertical miles can continue on to Val de Louron Azet, a test of the legs rewarded by dramatic panoramas.

Day 7 - 9/11/26

Col du Tourmalet from Luz Saint Sauveur 105 km / 2150 m+

Our final Pyrenees Mountains ride will take us up the majestic Col du Tourmalet from Luz‑Saint‑Sauveur, ascending through green valleys into rugged alpine terrain. Hairpin turns and steep sections will test your endurance, while the summit unveils stunning views across the Pyrenees’ dramatic peaks and gorges. This final stage is a celebration of perseverance, mountain beauty, and the thrill of riding one of the world’s most legendary climbs — a fitting finale to an epic Pyrenean journey.

Day 8 - 9/12/26

We will have a final breakfast together in the morning before seeing off our guests after an unforgettable week of Pyrenean cycling together!
